Joint research between foreign and Messina University teams is carried out in several fields of Sciences with funds from different sources and projects. The Master’s Degree Course takes benefit from these cooperations among scientists of different countries, with particular reference to those located in the high seismic risk region of the Mediterranean. Visiting professors and researchers are invited to take cycles of lessons and seminars in the Master's Degree Courses in the framework of Mobility Programs.
International mobility of teachers and students will be favoured, in particular, in the framework of a Cooperation Agreement between:
 

  • University of Messina;
  • University of Thessaloniki;
  • University of Istanbul Bogazici;
  • University of Malta.

Several opportunities for Student mobility are also available in the framework of Erasmus Plus, the European Union’s programme to support Education, Training, Youth and Sport 2014-2020.
